1) How far in advance should I book a Dance Stylez Entertainment (DSE) event?
As soon as you know your date you should book your DSE special event. We are currently booking up to one (1) year in advance.
2) How long has DSE been in the entertainment industry?
DSE was founded in 1999.
3) How far in advance does the staff of DSE arrive at an event in order to set up and prepare?
Our staff arrives approximately 1-2 hours before the start of an event.
4) Is DSE fully insured?
Yes, we are fully insured.
5) How do I book an event?
To officially book an event with DSE simply make a 50% deposit of your total package price via check or PayPal at least 4 weeks prior to your event. Client(s) must also sign an entertainment agreement before your event date.
To book your event date we require a 50% deposit via check of your total package price & signed Agreement sent to our company address.
(The best & easiest way is to send us both deposit check & signed agreement together in the mail)
The Remaining Balance Total is due on the day of your event in (cash only) handed to the Dance Stylez Entertainment Event Coordinator assigned to you in an envelope before the start of the event to ensure payment of entertainment team. If your company can not pay via cash on the day of the event, we understand. Payment Option 2.) We receive remaining balance payment via Check or PayPal at least 1 week (7 days) before your event date. We do not accept checks on the day of the event.
6) When do I pay the remaining balance of my bill?
The remaining balance is due on the day of your event in cash in an envelope. If you prefer to use check or credit card, balance is due 1 week prior. Please see next question for more information.
7) How can I pay my remaining balance?
If paid on the day of the event, the remaining balance payment must be made in cash. If you prefer to use a check or credit card via PayPal, payment is due 1 week prior to your event. We accept credit card payments via PayPal only. Please note there is a small convenience fee for using a credit card.
8) Is music provided for cocktail hour?
Cocktail hour is provided for specific event packages only. It depends upon which event package you select.
9) Are gratuities included in your package pricing?
No. Gratuities are Not included. As a guideline, we suggest.
10) Do you only provide entertainment for the tri-state area (NJ & NYC)?
No. We perform all over the world! Send us an email and tell us about your event. For performances outside of NJ & NYC we require that our transportation & hotel(if necessary) expenses are covered by client.
